The DL Technology EZ-FLO encapsulation and underfill dispensing needles are designed for precise, repeatable application of encapsulation and underfill material.
Each needle is machined from solid stainless steel as opposed to rolled tubing. The resulting smooth internal profile enhances material flow and consistency.
The chamfered needle tip is finely ground in a conical direction to allow for better material release. Underfill needles feature a "relieved" tip that allows the needle to be adjacent to the chip for a better wicking action.
Easy Release needles for encapsulation and underfill are available in 12-28 gauges in .25 (6.35mm) and .35 (8.89mm) lengths.
